Advance IHTHC course

 

This course is designed for anyone who took the Basic course and wants to improve their self-defense and upgrading their skills to a Hand to Hand Combat. This course takes the self-defense basic skills and change them to a practical hand to hand combat with adding aggression trainings and 2 or 3 attackers against one, also simulate a daily situation that escalating to a fight and how to react fast and determent to those situations.
