International woman's day

 

every year we celebrate a day which is dedicated to women. These amazing women are our moms, wifes and daugteres.

this day symbolizes for  us the women's power of compassion, giving birth, and spreading love the way only women know how.

For these reasons we at IHTHC decided to empower our women and build them a special day that places them in the center of attention. 

Teach them the basic self defense tools and inpower their selfconfidense.
